Blue Monday is dedicated to fostering emerging talent and expanding access in production and beyond. The Breakthrough Artist Program selects up and coming talent from under represented communities and gives unfiltered access to the company and it's projects. Over three months artists develop their skills while engrossed in whatever part of the industry interests them.
